PAYMENT TYPES

Cash, Company Checks or Cashiers Checks

PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICIES

A deposit will be required to confirm all bookings. Such deposit shall be equal to 50% of the cost of the total time booked or quoted price. Deposits must be received 30 days prior session. DreamSire Entertainment reserves the right to increase, decrease or waive such deposit requirements at its own discretion. Project bookings for which no deposit has been received by DreamSire Entertainment shall be subject to change or cancelled without further notice.

Notice of Client's intent to cancel a project must be received in writing by DreamSire Entertainment no later than 14 days before scheduled project. If notice is not received in writing by DreamSire Entertainment, the client shall be liable for the cost of one half of the time booked. Client's deposit, as stated above, may be applied by DreamSire Entertainment in partial satisfaction of such liability. For bookings cancelled less than five days prior to scheduled project, Client will be liable for the total cost of the project.

Half the amount of unused time booked will be charged to the Client irrespective of Client's failure to arrive on time, or in the event the Client must leave early, or if the booked project is completed before the booked time has expired.

Payment in full, for materials and fees, is due and payable immediately following completed projects. DreamSire Entertainment reserves the right to make other financial arrangements with its Clients.

Any and all, but not limited to, materials, tapes, recordings, documents and computer files or discs shall remain in the possession of DreamSire Entertainment and shall not be released to the Client until all open accounts have been settled and all checks rendered as payment have cleared DreamSire Entertainment's account.

Clients assume all risks and responsibility associated with storing, on or off the premises of DreamSire Entertainment, or DreamSire Entertainment's use of, any and all, but not limited to, materials, tapes, recordings, documents and computer files or discs, in any storage format but not limited to audio, video, midi, or other files types, or equipment of any kind or nature and shall hold DreamSire Entertainment harmless from any and all damage that might occur to said articles for any reason. In any event, DreamSire Entertainment's liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of unrecorded materials of comparable value. DreamSire Entertainment's liability with respect to "downtime" of any and all projects as a result from equipment malfunction or availability, personnel, hired contractors, acts of nature or public utility companies, etc., shall be limited solely to the studio time of such booked projects; and client(s) agree to hold DreamSire Entertainment harmless from any and all damages from such "downtime."

DreamSire Entertainment makes no warranties either expressed or implied other than those contained herein. DreamSire Entertainment shall not be liable for unforeseen or consequential damages of any kind. Should DreamSire Entertainment be unable to conduct a booked project for any reason, DreamSire Entertainment warrants that it shall re-book such cancelled project at another time that is mutually available to DreamSire Entertainment and the Client.

Rates, policies and equipment may change without displayed, written or verbal notice.

Any and all policy statutes may or may not be waived at the sole discretion of DreamSire Entertainment.
